After a report from our analytics department revealed that a little thought about page was being visited a surprising amount, it was a no-brainer to give it some UX love. NEW DESIGN: Maker Location Page
Taking into account that users were looking for certain type of maker in a specific city/state, I replaced all the noisy blue links and oversized map with a simple search.
OLD DESIGN: Maker Location Page
The old design consisted primarily 2 VERY long page types where users would first select a state or city and then drill into the maker type.
